What the Sessions Are Like
A boxfit session mixes bag rounds, pad work, simple boxing drills and conditioning, so you get a full workout without it feeling like a slog. The rounds can be scaled to whoever is in, which means a first-timer and a regular can train in the same class and both come out of it tired.
You do not need any boxing experience to start, and you do not need your own gloves for your first go. The posts mention evening fitness classes, including a 7pm class. Confirm the current timetable and prices when booking.
