The conditioning side of the gym, built around a functional trainer, free weights and a good range of bags and kettlebells. It works whether you box or just want to get stronger and fitter.
What You Can Train With
The floor has a functional trainer with cable stacks and slam balls, a rack of hex dumbbells, MIRAFIT weighted power bags from 5kg to 25kg, kettlebells, step boxes, plates and resistance bands. That is enough to put together a full strength and conditioning session, and to keep progressing as you get stronger.
We can run this as coached training or build it into your boxing sessions, depending on what you are after. Confirm current session options, times and prices when booking.
