
1-to-1 Coaching
One coach, one of you, and a session built around what you want to work on. It is the quickest way to learn the fundamentals, sharpen technique or train towards a specific goal.
How It Works
A one-to-one is just you and a coach, so the session moves at your pace and focuses on whatever you need: stance, jab, hooks, defence, pad work, bag drills, fitness or getting ready to spar. Beginners get the basics without an audience, and more experienced boxers get someone holding pads and picking apart the details.
Private group training is available too, so two or three people can train together while still getting coached properly. Confirm session length, current prices and available times when booking.
